3D×38mm Flat Acrylic Staple Fiber features engineered flat cross-section for superior luster uniformity (25% better coverage than round fibers). The 38mm optimized length ensures perfect spinnability, while textile-grade quality offers:
• Permanent dull effect (1.2% TiO₂)
• Cashmere-like softness (3D ultrafine)
• Excellent thermosetting stability (180℃ yellowing resistance)
Ideal for premium faux fur, baby textiles and home furnishing, available in dope-dyed eco variants.
