This product is High Tenacity Nylon 6 Staple Fiber, manufactured from high-quality Nylon 6 chips through melt spinning, drawing, crimping, heat setting, and cutting processes. It exhibits excellent physical and mechanical properties along with stable processing performance.

1. Physical Properties

• High Tenacity: Breaking strength ≥ 6.0 cN/dtex, significantly higher than conventional nylon staple fiber, providing downstream products with excellent abrasion resistance and durability.

• Suitable Fineness and Length:

  • 1.5D x 38mm: Finer denier, suitable for cotton spinning systems, resulting in soft and uniform yarn.

  • 3D x 64mm: Slightly coarser denier and longer length, suitable for wool spinning systems or needle-punched nonwovens, offering better bulkiness and support.

• Good Crimp Properties: Moderate crimp number provides strong inter-fiber cohesion, facilitating carding and web formation.

• Thermal Stability: Nylon 6 material offers good heat resistance, suitable for subsequent heat setting or calendering processes.
