100% Nylon PA6 Staple Fiber 1.5D×38mm (Bright, Knitting Specialty)

Material Properties:
100% pure nylon PA6 (polyamide 6) with excellent strength, elasticity and abrasion resistance
Moisture regain 4.5%, melting point 215-220°C

Specifications:
Ultra-fine 1.5 denier × 38mm staple length
Bright finish with ≥85% luster (ISO standard)

Application

1. Spun Yarns for Apparel

• Ideal for producing fine-count yarns used in socks, underwear, lingerie, and T-shirts.

• Provides softness, durability, and moisture management.

2. Cotton Blended Yarns

• Commonly blended with cotton (e.g., nylon/cotton 20/80 or 35/65) for workwear, uniforms, and protective clothing.

• Enhances tear strength and abrasion resistance without sacrificing comfort.

3. Wool Blended Yarns

• Blended with wool for sweaters, scarves, and suiting fabrics.

• Improves shape retention, pilling resistance, and durability.

4. Socks & Hosiery

• The 1.5D fine fiber is particularly suitable for reinforcement socks, sports socks, and pantyhose.

• Extends product life by reinforcing high-wear areas (heel and toe).

5. Non-woven Fabrics

• Used in needle-punched nonwovens and thermally bonded fabrics for industrial and consumer goods.

• Applications include filter fabrics, wipes, and interlinings.

6. Sewing Threads

• Fine denier nylon staple can be spun into high-strength sewing threads for leather goods, bags, and footwear.
