Product Introduction

Flame Retardant Polyester FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn) is a high-performance synthetic yarn manufactured through a fully drawn spinning process, with built-in flame retardant properties. Unlike coated or topically treated products, the flame retardant effect is integrated into the polymer itself, providing permanent and wash-resistant fire protection.

This yarn meets international flame retardant standards such as UL 94 V-0, BS 5852, and EN 11612. It maintains the inherent advantages of polyester, including high strength, low shrinkage, good abrasion resistance, and excellent dimensional stability.

Flame Retardant Polyester FDY Yarn is available in various deniers (e.g. 75D, 150D, 300D), lusters (bright, semi-dull, full dull), and colors including dope dyed options.
